The most interesting game of round 20 was a home defeat of second-ranked Al Shorta (15-3) to first ranked Al Naft (16-2) 77-71 in the game for the first place. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Al Naft have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 16-2 record. Al Shorta at the other side keeps the second place with three games lost.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Kirku. Their close opponent host Ghaz Al-Shamal (9-12) was smashed by third ranked Dijlah (12-7) 104-53. Despite that victory Dijlah went down to fourth position due to points difference. Ghaz Al-Shamal lost third consecutive game. They keep the third place with 12 games lost.

In the last two games of round 20 Dijlah destroyed Nift Al-Shamal on the opponent's court 101-49. Zakho managed to outperform Dijlah in a home game 45-41.
