Willie Warren

Dijlah-University (Superleague) added to their roster 33-year old American point guard Willie Warren (193cm-92kg-1989, college: Oklahoma, agency: Interperformances). Warren played this summer at Piratas in Venezuelan SPB league. He managed to play in three leagues in three countries last year. In 17 SPB games just recently he recorded 11.0ppg, 2.8rpg, 5.1apg and 1.0spg. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week. Warren also played for Piratas (LNB) in Venezuelan league. Good season as he was also here named League Player of the Week.
In 2010 he was drafted by Los Angeles Clippers (NBA) in second round (54th overall). The former University of Oklahoma standout is in his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. Thanks to Warren's pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in twelve different countries. Warren has played previously professionally in China (Golden Bulls and Loongs), Hungary (Szolnok), Iran (Petrochimi), Israel (Maccabi Rishon), Italy, Lebanon (Al Riyadi and Hoops), Mexico (Mineros), Qatar (Al Shamal), Saudi Arabia (Al Wehda), Taiwan (Pilots), NBA (LA Clippers) and NBA G League (Texas Legends, NAZ Suns and RGV Vipers).
His team made it to the Taiwanese PLeague+ Semifinals in 2021.
