Kostas Vasileiadis (ex Goes) agreed terms with Air Defence Sporting Club

Newly promoted Air-Defence-Sporting-Club (Superleague) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 38-year old Greek ex-international 200cm swingman Kostas Vasileiadis. Vasileiadis already started the season at Goes in Uruguayan LUB league. In 7 games he recorded 10.6ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.0apg.
He was a member of Greek international program for some years. Vasileiadis was called to Greek Senior National Team between 2005 and 2014 and previously for U21 National Team back in 2005.
He is a very experienced player. Thanks to Vasileiadis' pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and Latin America) in six different countries. Vasileiadis has played previously professionally in Italy (Montegranaro), Qatar (Al Sadd), Spain (Unicaja, Murcia, Tenerife, Bilbao and Obradoiro), Turkey (Efes), Venezuela (Marinos) and Greece (Olympiacos, PAOK Thessaloniki, AEK Athens and Trikala). His team made it to the Spanish Cup (Copa del Rey) Semifinals in 2015, 2018 and 2022. He was voted to Greek A1 All-Star Game back in 2005 and 2006.
