Superleague Round 7: Dijlah lose their first game against ADSC- October 23, 2022

Al Naft - Al Karkh 85-64 Rather expected game in Baghdad where 5th ranked Al Karkh (2-3) was crushed by third ranked Al Naft (5-1) 85-64 on Saturday. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with ADSC. Newly promoted Al Karkh keeps the fifth place with three games lost. Al Naft's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Baghdad Al Kahraba. Al Kahraba - Al-Quwa 91-70 Another exciting game was again a derby between two local teams from Baghdad: Al Kahraba (#6) and Al-Quwa (#6). Al Kahraba (2-4) crushed visiting Al-Quwa (0-6) by 21 points 91-70. Al Kahraba maintains sixth place with 2-4 record which they share with defeated Al-Quwa. Newly promoted Al-Quwa still closes the standings with six games lost. They share the position with Al-Tadamoun. Al Kahraba's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Baghdad ADSC. ADSC - Dijlah 95-75 The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Dijlah (1-1) in Baghdad on Sunday night. Visitors were rolled over by ADSC (5-1) 95-75. Newly promoted ADSC maintains first place with 5-1 record, which they share with Al Naft. Dijlah at the other side keeps the fourth position with one game lost.
