Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.
Al-Hashd - Al Kahraba 68-61 Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Baghdad: Al-Hashd (#3) and Al Kahraba (#5). Al-Hashd (2-0) won against visiting Al Kahraba (1-3) 68-61. Al-Hashd moved-up to second place, which they share with Al Shorta. Al Kahraba lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. Al-Hashd will play against Al Karkh (#5) on the road in the next round. Al Kahraba will have a break next round. ADSC - Al Naft 95-76 The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Al Naft (4-1) in Baghdad on Tuesday night. Visitors were rolled over by ADSC (3-0) 95-76. It was a key game for the top position in the league. ADSC have a solid three-game winning streak. Newly promoted ADSC maintains first position with 3-0 record which they share with defeated Al Naft. Defending champion Al Naft still keeps top place with one game lost. ADSC's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Baghdad Al Shorta. Al-Quwa - Al Naft 85-110 Another interesting game was again a derby between two local teams from Baghdad: Al Naft (#2) and Al-Quwa (#6). Al-Quwa was smashed at home by 25 points 85-110 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Defending champion (4-1) keeps a position of league leader. Newly promoted Al-Quwa still closes the standings with four games lost. Al Naft will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Al-Quwa's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Baghdad to the arena Dijlah. Al-Tadamoun - Al Shorta 70-107 Very expected game in Najef where bottom-ranked Al-Tadamoun (0-3) was crushed by top-ranked Al Shorta (2-0) 107-70 on Monday. Al Shorta maintains second position with 2-0 record having five points less than leader ADSC, which they share with Al-Hashd. Al-Tadamoun at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. Al Shorta's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Baghdad to the arena ADSC. |
