Ghaz Al-Shamal (Superleague) agreed to terms with American swingman Jalen Hodges (198cm-94kg, agency: Interperformances) for the new 2022-23 season. Hodges just graduated from the University of Montana Western (NAIA). In 29 games he had very impressive stats: 16.1ppg, 5.3rpg, and 1.6apg last season. He helped them to make it to the conference semifinals. Quite an impressive season as he was named to NAIA All-America Honorable Mention.

Hodges started his college career at Wallace State Community College (JUCO). Then he moved to the Florida Institute of Technology (NCAA2). Hodges' high school career he had spent at Duluth in Duluth, GA.

As mentioned above he is just out of college, so it will be Hodges' first season as a professional player.
