Al-Tadamoun (Superleague) signed 28-year old American small forward Jaelyn Johnson-Coston (198cm-95kg-1993, college: FMU) for upcoming 2022-23 season. Johnson-Coston played this summer at Cafeteros in Colombian Liga WPlay. In 20 games just recently he was league's second best scorer with impressive 18.8ppg and averaged 4.4rpg, 2.4apg and 1.3spg. He helped them to make it to the Colombian LPB Apertura final. 2022-22 was a great season as he was named to Latinbasket.com Colombian LPB Apertura All-Imports Team.
Johnson-Coston is quite experienced player. He has played in four different countries on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Johnson-Coston has played previously professionally also in Lebanon (Byblos), Venezuela (Supersonicos), Dominican Republic (Titanes) and Colombia (Warriors, Storm and Hurricanes).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team won Colombian LPB Eastern Conference Regular Season in 2018. He was voted to NJCAA D1 All-America Honorable Mention back in 2014.
Johnson-Coston graduated from Florida Memorial University in 2017 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
