The games are now more important than at the beginning of the Regular Season. We may still expect few shocking results in upcoming 3 rounds. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

An interesting game took place in Najef where 7th ranked Ghaz Al-Shamal (8-9) was upset on the court of tenth ranked Al-Tadamoun (7-10) 95-89 on Wednesday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Ghaz Al-Shamal. Al-Tadamoun maintains tenth position with 7-10 record. Ghaz Al-Shamal at the other side dropped to the eighth place with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
9th ranked Al Kahraba (7-9) was outscored at home by eighth ranked Nift Al-Basra (8-4) with the biggest margin this round 80-64. Nift Al-Basra moved-up to sixth place. Al Kahraba at the other side keeps the ninth position with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

In the last two games of round 22 Al Hilla won against Nift Al-Shamal on the opponent's court 94-86. Al Shorta managed to outperform Zakho in a home game 79-66.



Nift Al-Shamal - Al Hilla 86-94

Very expected game in Kirkuk where 12th ranked Nift Al-Shamal (1-16) was defeated by eighth ranked Al Hilla (8-7) 94-86. Al Hilla moved-up to seventh place. Nift Al-Shamal lost eleventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 16 games lost. Al Hilla will play against higher ranked Zakho (#5) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Nift Al-Shamal will have a break next round.

Al Shorta - Zakho 79-66

The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Al Shorta's (10-5) home victory over 5th ranked Zakho (9-7) 79-66. Al Shorta have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Al-Jameaa. Zakho at the other side keeps the fifth position with seven games lost. Al Shorta will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Zakho will play at home against Al Hilla (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
