Al-Hashd inks Jonathan Lee, ex Jamestown J.

Al-Hashd Social Sports Club (Superleague) agreed terms with 31-year old Canadian guard Jonathan Lee (188cm-91kg-90, college: Northeastern). Lee played last summer at Jamestown Jackals in Canadian NBL. In 24 TBL games he had very impressive stats: 19.8ppg, 5.6rpg and 2.6apg. The last season he played at Al Ahli in Qatari D1 where in 13 games he recorded also remarkable stats: 23.2ppg, 6.6rpg, 5.3apg (top 5) and 2.2spg (in top 3). 2020-21 was a great season as he was named to Asia-Basket.com All-Qatar D1 2nd Team.
He is quite experienced player. Lee has played in seven different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Austria (Gmunden Swans), Georgia (Kutaisi), Germany (EnBW Ludwigsburg), Greece (Arkadikos), Holland (Leiden), Lithuania (Siauliai) and Qatar (Qatar Club).
Lee won Baltic League championship title in 4015.
He attended Northeastern University until 2013 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.
