Ahmed Al-Tameemi signs at Al Kahraba

Ahmed Al-Tameemi

Al Kahraba Electricity (Superleague) landed experienced 36-year old former international forward Ahmed Al-Tameemi (200-91kg-84). He played most recently at Duhok. In 11 Superleague games he averaged 12.2ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.5apg last season.
Part of previous (2018-19) season Al-Tameemi spent at Al Karkh (IBL). It was a very successful season in his career as he was selected to Asia-Basket.com All-Iraqi League Honorable Mention. Al-Tameemi also played for Al Shurtah (IBL). He can count that season as a very successful as was selected to Asia-Basket.com All-Iraqi League Honorable Mention.
Al-Tameemi also represented Iraq at the FIBA Asia Challenge in Tehran (Iran) four years ago. His team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 3 games: 3.3ppg, 1.3rpg.
Al-Tameemi is a very experienced player. It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Al Kahraba.
