Ihab Al-Zuhairi agreed terms with Al Naft

Ihab Al-Zuhairi

Defending champion Al Naft Baghdad (Superleague) inked 21-year old international center Ihab Al-Zuhairi (209-98). He played most recently at Al Karkh. A very good season in his career as he was awarded Asia-Basket.com All-Iraqi League Center of the Year and voted to 1st Team and voted to All-Domestic Players Team.
The previous (17-18) season Al-Zuhairi played at Al Hilla.
He has been also a member of Iraqi international program for some years. Al-Zuhairi has regularly played for Iraqi senior team since 2016 and previously for U18 National Team in 2016.
He represented Iraq at the West Asia Basketball Championships in Amman (Jordan) two years ago.
