Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Baghdad: Al Shurtah (#2) and Al Kahraba (#4). Al Kahraba was defeated at home 78-92 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Al Shurtah have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain second place with 11-1 record behind leader Al Karkh. Al Kahraba at the other side dropped to the fifth position with five games lost. Al Shurtah's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Baghdad Al Naft.
IBL top team - Al Karkh (12-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eighth ranked Zakho (3-9) 118-95. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Zakho. Undefeated Al Karkh have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain first place with 12-0 record. Newly promoted Zakho keeps the eighth position with nine games lost. They share it with Al-Tadamoun. Al Karkh will play against Al Mina (#6) in Basra in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Zakho will play at home against Al Hilla and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Third ranked Al Naft (10-2) crushed at home 8th ranked Al-Tadamoun (3-9) by 50 points 111-61, which is the biggest margin this round on Friday night. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Al Naft. Defending champion maintains third place with 10-2 record having just two points less than leader Al Karkh. Loser Al-Tadamoun keeps the eighth position with nine games lost. They share it with Zakho. Al Naft's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Baghdad to the arena Al Shurtah.

In the last two games of round 13 Al Mina destroyed AL-Adhamiya on the opponent's court 85-62. Al-Khtot Al-Jawiya unfortunately lost to Nift Al-Janoub in a home game 66-83.

Al Naft - Al-Tadamoun 111-61
