Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Baghdad: Al Naft (#3) and Al Kahraba (#4). Al Kahraba was defeated at home 82-86 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Al Kahraba. Al Naft have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion (5-1) moved-up to second place, which they share with Al Shurtah. Al Kahraba at the other side keeps the fourth position with two games lost. Al Naft will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Al Kahraba's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Baghdad to the arena AL-Adhamiya.
Al-Khtot Al-Jawiya's fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after four consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat AL-Adhamiya (1-5) 81-69. Al-Khtot Al-Jawiya (1-4) left bottom position moving up to ninth place, which they share with Al-Tadamoun. It was AL-Adhamiya's fourth loss in a row. Newly promoted team dropped to the bottom position with five games lost. Al-Khtot Al-Jawiya will play against league's leader Al Karkh on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. AL-Adhamiya's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Baghdad Al Kahraba.
