Esteghlal (11-1) recorded its first loss in Qeshm on Monday night. Hosts were edged by third ranked Kalleh (9-2) 82-79. It ended at the same time the 11-game winning streak of Esteghlal. Kalleh made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Golnoor maintains seventh position with 6-6 record. Loser Tabiat keeps the fourth place with five games lost.

There was no surprise when 11th ranked Mahshahr (3-9) was defeated at home by second ranked Gorgan (9-1) 73-62 on Thursday. Worth to mention a great performance of Piter Girgurian who helped to win the game recording 10 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Nosrat Yazarloo who added 14 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Gorgan have an impressive eight-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 9-1 record having 2 victories less than leader Esteghlal. Mahshahr lost seventh consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Alborz.
