Newly promoted Kalleh Mazandaran Amol (Superleague) landed experienced 34-year old Serbian ex-international 210cm center Djordje Gagic, agency: Alti Sport for upcoming season. Gagic played this summer at Guangxi Rhino in Chinese NBL league. In 16 games just recently he averaged 13.8ppg, 9.3rpg (#4 in the league), 2.2apg and 1.2spg. The last season he played at Borac in Serbian league where in 12 ABA League games he had 10.9ppg, 5.7rpg and 2.1apg.
He was a member of Serbian international program for some years. Gagic was called to Serbian Senior National Team between 2013 and 2019 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2009.
He is a very experienced player. Gagic has played also professionally in Belarus (BC Minsk), Bosnia (Igokea), France (ADA Blois), Greece (Aris Midea), Italy (Brindisi), Lithuania (Lietkabelis and Wolves), Montenegro, Qatar (Qatar Club), Spain (Tenerife), Turkey (Gaziantep, Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyesi and Yesilgiresun) and Serbia (Partizan and Vrsac). He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Lithuanian League Honorable Mention in 2022 and 2025.
