Shahrdari Gorgan (Superleague) landed 33-year old American 183cm point guard Glenn Cosey (college: EKU).
He started the season at Paisas in BCL America. In 6 games he averaged impressive 16.8ppg, 1.8rpg, 4.3apg and 1.3spg.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in twelve different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. Cosey has played previously professionally in Croatia (Zadar), Denmark (Bakken), France (ALM Evreux), Greece (Maroussi and Lavrio), Italy, Latvia (VEF Riga), Poland (Zastal and Twarde Pierniki), Russia (BC Pari Nizhny Novgorod), Slovenia (Krka), Turkey (Yalovaspor), South Korea (Samsung Thunders) and Czech Republic (Nymburk). He played in the final of Latvian-Estonian Basketball League in 2019 and 2023.
Among many awards he was voted to Eurobasket.com Slovenian League All-Imports Team back in 2020.
Cosey graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2014 and it is his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball. He played also for Columbus State Community College for 2 years.
