Tabiat outlast Gorgan in overtime to celebrate Superleague title

Tabiat clinched Superleague title. They overcame Gorgan in overtime drama in the decider. Tabiat forced 21 Gorgan turnovers. 28 personal fouls committed by Gorgan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American point guard Jordan Stevens (182-1994, college: Midwestern St.) stepped up and scored 44 points (!!!) and 6 assists for the winners and the former international Arman Zangeneh (202-1993, agency: BIG) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. Tabiat's coach Mehran Shahintab used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The former international Arsalan Kazemi (201-1990, college: Oregon, agency: BIG) responded with 20 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and international point guard Sina Vahedi (185-2001, agency: Diamond Sports) scored 22 points. Four Gorgan players scored in double figures.
