Indios de Mayaguez (BSN) agreed terms with 27-year old American power forward Diamond Stone (208cm-115kg-1997, college: Maryland). Stone played last season at Shahrdari Gorgan in Iranian Superleague. In three games he had 9.3ppg and 2.7rpg. He also played 5 games in West Asia Super League where he recorded 13.4ppg, 5.4rpg and 1.4bpg.
In 2016 he was drafted by New Orleans Pelicans (NBA) in second round (40th overall). The former University of Maryland star is in his ninth season in pro basketball.

Stone replaces Nick Perkins and should be available by their next game.
