Jamshidi's 30-point game gives him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

32-year old Mohammad Jamshidi (199-SF-1991, agency: BIG) put on an amazing game in the last round for Mahram Tehran and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 22.
He had the game-high 30 points adding five rebounds and five assists for Mahram in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Rafsanjan (#10, 6-16) 91-87. Mahram maintains the 4th position in Iranian league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Mahram will need more victories to improve their 15-7 record. In the team's last game Jamshidi had a remarkable 52.2% from 2-point range. He turned to be Mahram's top player in his first season with the team. Jamshidi has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (2nd best: 27.1ppg) and averages solid 52.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Mohammad Torabi (211-C-1992, agency: BIG) of Palayesh Naft Abadan. He is international center in his first season at Naft Abadan. In the last game Torabi recorded an impressive double-double of 17 points and 20 rebounds. Of course he led Naft Abadan to another comfortable win 81-63 over the lower-ranked Raad (#12, 1-21) being unquestionably team leader. Naft Abadan's 6th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 13-9 record is not bad and everything may still change. Torabi is a newcomer at Naft Abadan and despite he is not a team leader yet, every game he becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.

Third place about best performers goes to center Jalal Agha (203-C-2001) of Kalleh Mazandaran Amol (#7). Agha scored 26 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He was a key player of Kalleh, leading his team to a 97-81 easy win against the lower-ranked Foolad (#11, 5-17). Agha has a great season in Iran. After 22 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 9.9ppg (5th best).
