International Arsalan Kazemi (200-SF-1990, agency: BIG) had a great game in the last round for top-ranked Shahrdari Gorgan, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 33-year old player had a double-double of 15 points and 15 rebounds, while his team crushed Kerman (#8, 7-7) with 20-point margin 94-74. It allowed Gorgan to consolidate first place in the Iranian Superleague. Gorgan has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 13-1. It was one of impressive evenings for Kazemi as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Former University of Oregon star has very solid stats this year. Kazemi is in league's top in rebounds (4th best: 9.6rpg) and averages impressive 70.0% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Jalen Bradley (185-PG-1993, agency: Haylett Sports) of Limondis Shiraz. Bradley had a very good evening with 29 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists. It was enough for Limondis to edge the higher-ranked Kalleh (#5, 8-6) 88-83. Limondis' 10th position in the standings has not changed. 10 lost games are too many comparing to just four victories Limondis managed to get this year. Bradley is a newcomer at Limondis, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 26.4ppg (#2). He also recorded 4.1 assists per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Jordan Stevens (182-PG-1994) of Tabiat (#3). Stevens got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He was a key player of Tabiat, leading his team to a 79-76 win against #4 ranked Mahram in a game of the week. Stevens has a great season in Iran. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 31.4ppg (best scorer).
