Experienced American-Guinea-Bissau Parrish Petty (185-PG-1988) put on an amazing game in the last round for Mahram Tehran and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 35-year old playmaker had the game-high 35 points adding three rebounds and nine assists for Mahram in his team's victory, helping them to beat Kerman (#7, 6-6) 89-82. Mahram maintains the 3rd position in Iranian Superleague. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Mahram will need more victories to improve their 9-4 record. In the team's last game Petty had a remarkable five three-pointers out of 10 attempts. He turned to be Mahram's top player in his first season with the team. Parrish Petty averages this season 20.2ppg, 5.8rpg and 4.4apg. Worth to mention Petty played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Mahram's star - young international Mohammad Jamshidi (199-SF-1991, agency: BIG). Jamshidi impressed basketball fans with 46 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. It was enough for Mahram Tehran to edge Foolad (#12, 0-12) by 5 points 94-89. Mahram's 3rd position in the standings has not changed. His team's 9-4 record is not bad at all. Jamshidi is a newcomer at Mahram and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 26.1ppg (#2). He also recorded 3.6 assists per game.

The third best performed player last round was international guard Mohammad Bahram (180-PG-1998) of Foolad Hormozgan Bandar Abbass (#3). Bahram got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. He went also for five rebounds . He was a key player of Foolad, leading his team to a 94-89 win against Foolad (#12, 0-12). Bahram has a very solid season. In 11 games in Iran he scored 10.5ppg.
