Iranian Superleague round 8 best performance: Jalen Bradley

American Point guard Jalen Bradley (185-PG-1993, agency: Haylett Sports) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Limondis Shiraz, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 8.
The 30-year old player was the main contributor (31 points, two rebounds and five assists) to his team's victory, helping them to crush, the league's bottom-ranked team Sanaye (#12, 0-8) with 20-point margin 99-79. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Limondis maintains the 10th position in Iranian Superleague. Limondis is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 3-5 record. In the team's last game Bradley had a remarkable 70.0% from 2-point range and got four three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He turned to be Limondis' top player in his first season with the team. Former Oral Roberts University star has very solid stats this year. Bradley is in league's top in points (3rd best: 25.6ppg) and averages impressive 58.5% FGP and 58.8% from behind 3-point line.

The second best player in last round's games was young international Arsalan Kazemi (200-SF-1990, agency: BIG) of league's leader Shahrdari Gorgan. Kazemi had a very good evening with a double-double of 10 points and 13 rebounds. Of course he led Gorgan to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Raad (#11, 1-7) 121-59. Of course Gorgan still keep the league's top spot. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 7 matches. Kazemi is a newcomer at Gorgan and despite he is not a team leader yet, every game he becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.

Third on the list of top players last round was international center Asghar Kardoust (212-C-1986, agency: BIG) of league's second-best Zob Ahan Isfahan. Kardoust scored 15 points and grabbed twelve rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Zob Ahan, leading his team to a 78-63 easy win against the lower-ranked Mahram (#5, 4-3). Zob Ahan is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 7-1 record is not that bad... Kardoust has a very solid season. In 7 games in Iran he scored 11.0ppg. He also has 7.4rpg and FGP: 78.0%.
