The game between Top Four teams took place in Amol. Second ranked host Kalleh (2-2) defeated 4th placed Zob Ahan (1-3) 100-83. Newly promoted Kalleh maintains second place with 2-2 record having just two points less than leader Rafsanjan, which they share with Arak. Zob Ahan at the other side dropped to the third position with three games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Abadan. 3rd placed host Naft Abadan (1-3) lost to leader Gorgan (4-0) 85-79. Gorgan have a solid series of four victories in a row. In the last two games of round 5 Parsa lost to undefeated Kerman on the opponent's court 72-77. Rafsanjan managed to outperform Raad in a home game 69-58.
