Chemidor - Gorgan 75-71

Chemidor beat Gorgan to stay alive in the semifinal series. 25 personal fouls committed by Gorgan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American point guard Dwight Buycks (191-1989, college: Marquette) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). The former international guard Navid Rezaeifar (185-1996) helped adding 19 points. The best for the losing side was American-Guinea-Bissau point guard Perry Petty (185-1988, college: UTRGV) with 27 points and Lithuanian power forward Antanas Udras (203-1992, agency: BIG) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.

Zob Ahan held off Sirjan to sweep the series. It was an exceptional evening for the former international Arsalan Kazemi (200-1990, college: Oregon, agency: BIG) who led the winners and scored 8 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international point guard Farid Aslani (183-1988) accounted for 15 points and 6 assists for the winning side. Montenegrin-Serbian forward Nikola Dragovic (206-1987, college: UCLA, agency: BeoBasket) came up with 6 points and 14 rebounds and Amir Taherkhani added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Sirjan in the defeat. Sirjan's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
