Superleague Round 2 (Second Stage): Gorgan defeats Kouchin in the game between Top 4 teams

There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Second Stage in Superleague. What a coincidence that all visitors won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

An interesting game for Gorgan which played road game in Amol against Kouchin. Gorgan had an easy win 99-82. Gorgan dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Kouchin's 48. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. International Mohammad Jamshidi (199-91, agency: BIG) orchestrated the victory by scoring 35 points (!!!). American Christopher Evans (203-91, college: Kent St.) contributed with 21 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Gorgan's coach Mehran Hatami used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Serbian center Darko Balaban (211-89) replied with 15 points and 9 rebounds for Kouchin. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
An interesting game for Rafsanjan which played road game in Teheran against Exxon SC. Rafsanjan managed to get a 6-point victory 79-73. American point guard Alani Moore II (178-98, college: Temple) scored 20 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Robert Gilchrist chipped in 30 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Rafsanjan's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Guard Behshad Arabzadeh (195-0) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
