Holman's 21 points and 9 rebounds give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

32-year old power forward Elijah Holman (208-F/C-89) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Mahram and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 23.
He had the game-high 21 points adding nine rebounds and two assists for Mahram in his team's victory, helping them to crush Sanaye (#8, 2-9) with 16-point margin 64-48. Mahram maintains the 2nd position in their group in Iranian league. They are still close to the very top. Mahram would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 10-2 record. Holman turned to be Mahram's top player in his first season with the team. Elijah Holman averages this season 18.0ppg and 10.4rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Kyrylo Fesenko (215-C-86, agency: BIG) of Sanaye. He is Ukrainian center in his first season at Sanaye. In the last game Fesenko recorded impressive double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Sanaye lost that game 48-64 to the higher-ranked Mahram (#2, 10-2). Sanaye managed to keep the same 8th spot in Group B. 9 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Sanaye managed to get this year. Fesenko is a newcomer at Sanaye and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to center Salar Monji (203-C-97, agency: BIG) of league's leader Chemidor. Monji scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He was a key player of Chemidor, leading his team to a 88-63 easy win against the lower-ranked Exxon SC (#7, 3-9). Many experts and fans count Chemidor as a contender for championship title. Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 11 victories and only one lost game. They are currently at the very top of the standings in Group B. Monji has a very solid season. In 11 games in Iran he scored 8.7ppg. He also has 7.4rpg and FGP: 62.3%.
