International Amirhossein Yazarloo (196-SF-02, agency: Domantay Sports) had an amazing evening in the last round for Kouchin, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 21.
The 19-year old player had a double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Niroo Zamini (#8, 0-13) with 19-point margin 86-67. Kouchin is placed at 3rd position in Iranian Superleague. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Kouchin will need more victories to improve their 7-4 record. In the team's last game Yazarloo had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Kouchin and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Amirhossein Yazarloo averages this season 12.8ppg and 7.0rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was 35-year old former international center Asghar Kardoust (212-C-86, agency: BIG) of Kerman. Kardoust had a very good evening with a double-double of 20 points and 15 rebounds. It was enough for Kerman to edge the higher-ranked Sirjan (#2, 8-4) 95-92. Kerman's 5th position in Group A has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 7-5 record is not bad and everything may still change. Kardoust is a newcomer at Kerman, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was former international guard Ehsan Dalirzahan (186-G) of Naft Abadan (#7). Dalirzahan scored 26 points and passed five assists. Despite Dalirzahan's great performance Naft Abadan lost 63-70 to the higher-ranked Zob Ahan (#4, 7-3). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Naft Abadan can only dream about fighting for top spots in Group A. They have rather bad season and 3-8 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Dalirzahan has individually a great season in Iran. After 10 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.3ppg (7th best).
