Khane Basketball Khouzestan (Superleague) agreed terms with 31-year old American center Chris Ware (203-125kg-89, college: Indiana Tech). He joins another USA player Reger Dowell who is already in the roster.
Ware played last season at Tigrillos in Colombian LPB league.
He is quite experienced player. Ware's career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in seven different countries. Ware tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Brazil (Pinheiros), Canada (Ottawa), Indonesia (Prawira), Kosovo (Drita), Portugal (Illiabum and Sampaense), Romania (Giurgiu) and PBL (Sauk Valley P.). His team made it to the LPB Semifinals.
Ware was selected to Brazilian All-Star Game in 2019.
Ware attended Indiana Institute of Technology until 2012 and it will be his ninth season as a professional player.
On Ware: Big man that has done nothing but improve since coming out of college. Can step out and knock down the 3 pointer, moves well, good footwork and team player.
