Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

Round in Superleague means a new league leader. The biggest surprise took place in Gorgan where host Shahrdari Gorgan (9-4) beat league's leader Chemidor (12-2) 69-58 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the 12-game winning streak of Chemidor. Shahrdari Gorgan have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 9-4 record. Newly promoted Chemidor dropped to the second position with two games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Petrochimi. Chemidor will play next round against strong Naft Abadan trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Shahrdari Gorgan will try to continue on its current victory against first ranked Petrochimi in Bandar Imam.
The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Petrochimi as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Petrochimi defeated 5th ranked Zob Ahan in Bandar Imam 81-76. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Newly promoted Zob Ahan keeps the fifth place with seven games lost. Zob Ahan will play next round against Army trying to get back on the winning streak. Petrochimi will try to continue on its current victory against fourth ranked Shahrdari Gorgan at home.
Bottom-ranked Raad (0-14) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 75-49 loss to third ranked Naft Abadan (11-2) in Abadan on Thursday evening. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Naft Abadan. They maintain third place with 11-2 record having just three points less than leader Petrochimi. Raad lost their thirteenth game in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with 14 games lost. Naft Abadan will meet league's second-placed Chemidor in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Raad will have a break next round.

Petrochimi - Zob Ahan 81-76

Naft Abadan win Super League - 22 days ago
Palayesh Naft Abadan defeated Shahrdari Gorgan in Game 4 and won the title of the Iran Basketball Super League in Abadan on Thursday. Naft narrowly defeated Gorgan 58-55 to win their first-ever title. Saeid Davarpanah (190-G/F-87, agency: Interperformances) posted 14 points, while Mozaffari added 13 points for the champions.
