Tabriz, Petrochimi and Naft Abadan reached the semifinals, while Azad beat Mahram 101-96 to reduce to 1-2 in the series. Sina Hadizadeh top-scored for the winners with 27 points and Rasoul Mozaffari netted 18. Arnett Moultrie (208-F/C-90, college: Mississippi St.) replied with 34 in a loss and Jacob Pullen (184-PG-89, college: Kansas St.) posted 24.
Naft Abadan swept the series against Niroo Zamini 3-0 after a 72-67 win. Mohammad Hasanzadeh scored 20 points in a win and Steven Burtt (189-G-84, college: Iona) delivered 19.
Petrochimi won over Gorgan 3-0 and Tabriz needed a 99-64 win over Yes All Gorgan to win the series with the same result.

Zob Ahan Isfahan (Superleague) signed ex-international Reza Ranjbar. He begin 2018-19 season at Army team , now after one and half season in army team and finishing his military service he decided to join Zob Ahan for rest of the season. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Abadan. Third ranked Naft Abadan faced 4th placed Shahrdari Gorgan. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. Naft Abadan (5-1) recorded its first loss at the home court on Thursday night. Hosts were defeated by third ranked Chemidor (6-1) 57-52.
