Shahrdary Tabriz (Superleague) agreed terms with 27-year old American (has also French passport) guard Jourdan Demuynck (198-93kg-90, college: Prairie View A&M). He played last season at Lourdes in French NM1 league. In 14 games he had 13.9ppg, 5.4rpg, 2.5apg and 1.9spg (in top 5).
The previous (2016) summer Demuynck played at Redbacks in Australian NBL where in 28 games he recorded very impressive stats: 26.5ppg, 9.9rpg, 4.2apg and 1.9spg in 2016 season. A very spectacular year in his career as he was named to Australian SBL All-Star Game.
Two years ago (two years after he left the college) Demuynck was drafted by Iowa Energy (D-League) in fifth round (84th overall).
He attended Prairie View A&M University until 2013 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Demuynck's team made it to the Cyprus League Semifinals in 2014. He was also voted All-SWAC 2nd Team back in 2013 at his college time.
Demuynck has played previously professionally in FYR Macedonia (MZT Skopje) and Cyprus (Keravnos).

Chemidor - Naft 66:58 Chemidor secured the top position in the WABA Champions Cup. The Iranian team fired past hosting Naft in Baghdad to secure the fourth win in as many games at the event.
