Funda Demir (ex Tekirdag) agreed terms with Goroh Bahman

Funda Demir

Superleague newcomer Goroh Bahman inked 32-year old Nigerian ex-international guard Funda Demir (180-85, agency: Gamble Sports Management). She has a double citizenship as she also holds Turkish passport. Demir played most recently at Tekirdag Enerji S.K. in Turkish league.
Demir represented Nigeria at the African Championships in Madagascar eight years ago. Her stats at that event were 7 games: Score-5 (12.6ppg), 2.6rpg, FGP: 44.0%, 3PT: 45.9%, FT: 57.7%.
Demir has quite traveled the world as her pro career brought her to three different continents (Europe, Africa and of course North America). Demir has played previously professionally in Nigeria (First Bank).
