Jacob Pullen
Mahram Tehran (Superleague) is about to tab 29-year old Georgian point guard Jacob Pullen (184-85kg-89, college: Kansas State) who currently played at Philadelphia 76ers in NBA. But in three games he averaged just 0.7ppg this season. The last season Pullen played at BC Khimki Moscow Region in Russian league where in 17 Eurocup games he had 10.3ppg, 1.2rpg, 2.5apg and 1.1spg. He helped them to make it to the quarterfinals. Pullen also played 23 games in VTB United League where he recorded 8.9ppg, 1.2rpg and 1.6apg. He contributed to his team making it to the final.
Among other achievements Pullen received Eurobasket.com Adriatic League All-Imports Team award in 2016.
He also represented Georgia at the European Championships three years ago. His stats at that event were 6 games: 7.2ppg, 1.2rpg, 1.7apg, FGP: 33.3%, 3PT: 31.8%.
Pullen is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in five different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. Pullen has played previously professionally in China (Flying Leopards), Croatia (Cedevita), Israel (Hapoel Jerusalem), Italy (New Basket Brindisi and Eurotrend Biella) and Spain (Real Betis).
He attended Kansas State until 2011 and it is his seventh season in pro basketball.
Let's have closer look into Pullen's outlook: An undersized guard with an immense offensive talent and personality. Size is an important limit at NBA level, but he could become soon an Euroleague top level player.
