Indonesian IBL round 15 best performance: AJ Bramah

American-Dominican Rep. Forward AJ Bramah (201-F-1999) had a very impressive game in the last round for Elang Pacific Caesar Surabaya, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 26-year old player had a double-double of 32 points and 20 rebounds, while his team crushed Satya Wacana (#11, 2-14) with 24-point margin 98-74. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Pacific Caesar maintains the 10th position in Indonesian IBL. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 14 games and recorded just three victories. In the team's last game Bramah had a remarkable 55.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Pacific Caesar, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former The University of Nevada star has very solid stats this year. Bramah is league's best scorer averaging so far 30.1ppg. Bramah is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 12.8rpg), assists (8th best: 5.2apg) and averages impressive 2.4spg and 52.1% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Troy Gillenwater (205-F-1988) of Dewa United Banten. Gillenwater had a very good evening with a double-double of 37 points and 17 rebounds. It was enough for Dewa United to edge slightly lower-ranked Hangtuah (#6, 7-10) 73-69. Dewa United's 5th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 8-6 record is not bad and everything may still change. Gillenwater is one of the most experienced players at Dewa United and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American forward Nick Hornsby (201-F-1995) of Amartha Hangtuah Jakarta (#6). Hornsby got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He went also for nine rebounds . Despite Hornsby's great performance the Hangtuah lost 69-73 to slightly higher-ranked Dewa United (#5, 8-6). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Hangtuah ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 10 games, recording just seven victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Hornsby could help Hangtuah to bring them higher in the standings. Hornsby has a great season in Indonesia. After 17 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 24.3ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 12.2rpg (9th best).
