Branch's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

30-year old American guard Stephaun Branch (196-G-1995) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Borneo Hornbills and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 8.
He had a double-double of 46 points and 15 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Pacific Caesar (#10, 0-6) with 18-point margin 99-81. Borneo was forced-out from the top positions in Indonesian league. They are still close to the very top. Borneo would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 6-1 record. In the team's last game Branch had a remarkable 64.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Borneo, being already a very valuable addition to the team. University of West Georgia graduate has very impressive stats this year. Branch is in league's top in points (5th best: 22.6ppg), assists (7th best: 5.3apg) and averages solid 3.7spg and 56.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was AJ Bramah (201-F-1999) of Elang Pacific Caesar Surabaya. He is American-Dominican Rep. forward in his first season at Pacific Caesar. In the last game Bramah recorded an impressive double-double of 35 points and 16 rebounds. Bad luck as Pacific Caesar lost that game 81-99 to the higher-ranked Borneo (#3, 6-1). Pacific Caesar is still in a red zone at 10th spot in the standings. 6 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Bramah is one of the most experienced players at Pacific Caesar and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 29.3ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 10.8rpg and 5.2apg.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Josh Cunningham (203-F-1996, agency: Diamond Sports) of Tangerang Hawks (#6). Cunningham scored 22 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Tangerang, leading his team to a 83-70 easy win against the lower-ranked Kesatria (#9, 1-6). Tangerang needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 3 lost games. Cunningham has a very solid season. In 6 games in Indonesia he scored 13.7ppg. He also has 11.8rpg, 3.5apg and a FGP of 62.7%.
