Indonesian IBL round 6 best performance: Travin Thibodeaux (by Hoops Agents)

American Forward Travin Thibodeaux (203-F-1996) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Borneo Hornbills, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 29-year old player was the main contributor (27 points, three rebounds and four assists) to his team's victory, helping them to crush Rajawali (#5, 3-2) with 22-point margin 86-64. Borneo is placed at 2nd position in Indonesian IBL. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Borneo already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Thibodeaux had a remarkable 100.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Borneo, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former University of New Orleans star has very solid stats this year. Thibodeaux is in league's top in points (7th best: 20.0ppg) and averages impressive 53.3% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Antonio Hester (199-PF-1990) of Rajawali Jakarta. Hester had a very good evening with a double-double of 35 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Rajawali lost that game 73-82 to league's leader Satria Muda (#4, 4-0). Rajawali managed to keep the same 5th spot in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 3-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Hester is one of the most experienced players at Rajawali and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.8ppg (#3). His other stats are also decent: 11.8rpg and 4.8apg. Former University of Mobile star Hester is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third on the list of top players last round was American Kentrell Barkley (194-SF-1996, agency: Haylett Sports) of Kesatria Bengawan Solo (#10). Barkley showcased his all-around game by recording 19 points, 28 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. Despite Barkley's great performance the Kesatria lost 56-61 to the higher-ranked Hangtuah (#6, 3-3). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Kesatria can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 5 games. Barkley has individually a great season in Indonesia. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 18.0rpg (2nd best).
