Best players of Indonesian IBL round 4 (by Hoops Agents)

Experienced American Jeff Withey (213-C-1990) had a great game in the last round for Pelita Jaya Bakrie Jakarta and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 35-year old center had a double-double of 25 points and 26 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Pacific Caesar (#10, 0-3) with 43-point margin 96-53. Pelita Jaya is placed at 4th position in Indonesian IBL. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Pelita Jaya won both games without losing any. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game Withey had a remarkable 58.8% from 2-point range. He turned to be Pelita Jaya's top player in his first season with the team. University of Kansas graduate has very impressive stats this year. Withey leads league in rebounds with 19.0rpg. Withey is in league's top in and averages solid 62.5% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Dominican Rep. Brandone Francis (194-SF-1994) of second-ranked Rajawali Jakarta. Francis impressed basketball fans with 40 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Of course he led Rajawali to another comfortable win 93-75 over Pacific Caesar (#10, 0-3) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed Rajawali to move up to second position in the standings. A very good start of the season for his team, which won so far all 3 games without any defeat. Francis is one of the most experienced players at Rajawali and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.3ppg (#4). His other stats are also decent: 5.7rpg and 6.3apg.

The third best performed player last round was American Stephaun Branch (196-G-1995) of top-ranked Borneo Hornbills. Branch showcased his all-around game by recording 25 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Borneo, leading his team to a 82-66 easy win against Kesatria (#9, 0-3). Borneo started extremely well this year. They recorded 3 victories without losing a single game. Branch turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Branch has a very solid season. In 3 games in Indonesia he scored 20.3ppg.
