Franca's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

27-year old Brazilian center Joao Franca (215-C-1998) had an amazing evening in the last round for Tangerang Hawks and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1.
He had a double-double of 32 points and 14 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Satya Wacana (#11, 0-2) with 26-point margin 85-59. Thanks to this victory Tangerang moved-up to the 8th position in Indonesian league. Tangerang is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-1 record. In the team's last game Franca had a remarkable 56.3% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Tangerang and just after two games he already turned to be a very valuable addition to the team. Franca has impressive league stats.
