Best players of Indonesian IBL round 16 (by Hoops Agents)

American Isaiah Briscoe (190-PG-1996) had an amazing evening in the last round for Borneo Hornbills and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 16.
The 28-year old playmaker had a double-double of 34 points and 13 rebounds, while his team edged out Satya Wacana (#11, 4-16) 81-78. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Borneo maintains the 9th position in Indonesian IBL. Borneo is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 10-11 record. In the team's last game Briscoe had a remarkable 76.9% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He just recently signed at Borneo, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Isaiah Briscoe averages this season 23.0ppg, 10.8rpg and 7.8apg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward AJ Bramah (201-F-1999) of Elang Pacific Caesar Surabaya. Bramah impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 34 points and 17 rebounds. It was enough for Pacific Caesar to edge the higher-ranked Hangtuah (#5, 14-7) by 6 points 97-91. His other stats are also decent: 14.5rpg and 4.4apg.

The third best performed player last round was American KJ McDaniels (197-F-1993, agency: JCK Sports Group) of top-ranked Pelita Jaya Bakrie Jakarta. McDaniels showcased his all-around game by recording 29 points, 12 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Pelita Jaya, leading his team to a 90-72 easy win against #2 ranked Simba Bogor in a game of the week. Pelita Jaya confirms their top position in the standings. McDaniels has a great season in Indonesia. After 20 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 11.1rpg (8th best). He also has 1.9bpg and a FGP of 56.2%.
