Isaiah Briscoe (ex Steelers) agreed terms with Borneo

Isaiah Briscoe

Borneo Hornbills (IBL) added to their roster 29-year old American 190cm point guard Isaiah Briscoe (college: Kentucky). He played recently at Steelers in Taiwanese PLeague+. In 19 games he recorded very impressive stats: 32.8ppg, 8.7rpg, 8.4apg and 1.5spg last season. Good year as he was voted League Player of the Week (4 times). The last season season he played at Maroussi B.C. (GBL) in Greek league.
He was a member of USA Under 19 National Team back in 2015.
Briscoe is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Estonia (Kalev/Cramo), Germany (ratiopharm Ulm), Greece, Italy (Udine), Poland (Wilki Morskie), NBA (Orlando Magic), NBA G League (Iowa Wolves) and Big3 (Trilogy).
Among many awards his team made it to the Italian Serie A2 Gold Semifinals in 2023. Briscoe received Eurobasket.com All-VTB League Young Player of the Year award and Eurobasket.com All-Estonian League Import Player of the Year award back in 2018.
He graduated from University of Kentucky in 2017 and it is his eighth season in pro basketball.
