Tangerang Hawks (IBL) landed 29-year old American 196cm guard Stephaun Branch (college: UWG) for new season. He played last summer at Patriots in Rwandan RBL league. In 12 games he averaged impressive 21.0ppg, 9.2rpg, 3.8apg, 2.5spg and 1.1bpg. He helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Branch also played for Angeles (CIBACOPA) in Mexican league.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in ten different countries playing on three different continents. Branch is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in Belgium (Antwerp Giants), Finland (Ura Basket), Holland (Groningen), Israel (Ironi Nahariya), Mexico, Romania (Valcea), Uruguay (Urunday), NBA (LA Lakers), NBA G League (SLC Stars and South Bay Lakers) and The Basketball Tournament (Team Challenge ALS, D2 Waymakers and In the Lab).
Among many awards Branch's team won Belgian Cup in 2020. Branch was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Balkan League 2nd Team back in 2022.
He graduated from University of West Georgia in 2017 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball. Branch played also for Mt. San Antonio College for one year.
