Best players of Indonesian IBL round 33 (by Hoops Agents)

Experienced American Le'Bryan Nash (198-SF-1992) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Rans Pik Basketball and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 33.
The 32-year old had a double-double of 43 points and 13 rebounds, while his team edged out Bima Perkasa (#13, 5-20) 89-85. Rans Pik maintains the 6th position in Indonesian IBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Rans Pik will need more victories to improve their 15-10 record. In the team's last game Nash had a remarkable 77.3% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Rans Pik, through which he has constantly improved. Oklahoma State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Nash is in league's top in points (6th best: 22.8ppg) and averages solid 65.0% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward KJ McDaniels (197-F-1993) of second-ranked Pelita Jaya Bakrie Jakarta. McDaniels impressed basketball fans with a triple-double of 26 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists. Of course he led Pelita Jaya to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Pacific Caesar (#14, 2-21) 98-65. Pelita Jaya's second position in the standings has not changed. His team lost just four games this season, while they won 20 matches. McDaniels is one of the most experienced players at Pelita Jaya and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Xavier Cannefax (184-F-1989, agency: Interperformances) of Bali United (#7). Cannefax showcased his all-around game by recording 27 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists in the last round. Despite Cannefax's great performance the Bali Utd. lost 79-93 to the higher-ranked Dewa United (#1, 23-3). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Bali Utd. ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 14 games, recording just twelve victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Cannefax could help Bali Utd. to bring them higher in the standings. Cannefax has a very solid season. In 26 games in Indonesia he scored 19.0ppg. He also has 4.8apg and a FGP of 57.8%. Cannefax attended one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball.
