The game between third ranked Satria Muda (6-3) and eighth ranked Prawira (5-3) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. Satria Muda was defeated by Prawira in a tough game in Jakarta 68-76. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Satria Muda. Prawira looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for American Antonio Hester (199-1990, college: Mobile, AL) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 15 rebounds. Dominican Brandone Francis (194-1994, college: Texas Tech) helped adding 24 points and 9 rebounds. American center Jarred Shaw (211-1990, college: Utah St.) responded with 22 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Bali Utd. and Rans Pik. Satria Muda at the other side keeps the third position with three games lost. Prawira will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Satria Muda will play on the road against Bali Utd. in Denpasar and is hoping to win this game.
Rans Pik (#5) was upset in Gor Merpati by eighth ranked Rajawali 84-68. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Jabari Bird (198-1994, college: California) who led the winners and scored 23 points and 7 assists. Quintin Dove accounted for 11 points and 15 rebounds. American LeBryan Nash (198, college: OK State) came up with 22 points and 6 rebounds for Rans Pik in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Rajawali (6-4) moved-up to fourth place. Rans Pik at the other side dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with Prawira and Bali Utd.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Borneo has finally registered their first victory this season after seven consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Sakti, where they defeated Bima Perkasa (1-8) 86-76 on Sunday. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was Michael Qualls who scored 31 points and 7 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Brandis Raley-Ross produced a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Borneo (1-7) left bottom position moving up to eleventh place. It was Bima Perkasa's fifth loss in a row. They dropped to the twelfth position with eight games lost. They share it with Satya Wacana and Pacific Caesar. Borneo will meet Pacific Caesar (#13) in the next round. Bima Perkasa will play against Kesatria BS in Jakarta and hope to win that game.
In the last game of round 11 Satya Wacana lost to undefeated Dewa United on the opponent's court 85-126.
