Peyton Whitted

Basket Namur Capitale (Top Division Women) confirmed in their roster 28-year old American (has also Indonesian passport) power forward Peyton Whitted (190cm-1995, college: The Pennsylvania State) for new 2023-24 season. Whitted was a team leader there last season. She managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year. In 15 Top Division Women games she had very impressive stats: 15.4ppg, 8.3rpg (#4 in the league) and 1.3spg. Whitted helped them to make it to the semifinals. Good season as she was named League Player of the Week and named to Eurobasket.com All-Belgian League Second Team. She also played 2 games in Eurocup where she recorded 8.5ppg, 9.0rpg and 2.5spg. The other team she played shortly was Bruschi San Giovanni Valdarno in Italian Serie A1. In 5 games she averaged 9.4ppg, 5.8rpg, 1.0apg and 1.8spg. Whitted was called to Indonesian Senior National Team this year.
She is quite experienced player. Whitted has played also professionally in Greece (Niki Lefkadas and Dafni Agioy), Romania (ASC Sepsi SIC Sfantu Gheorghe), Spain (Castello), Sweden (Sodertalje) and Turkey (Mersin).
She won Romanian League championship title in 2019.
Whitted graduated from The Pennsylvania State in 2017 and it will be her seventh season as a professional player.
