An interesting game for Satria Muda (26-2) which played road game in Surabaya against 4th ranked Dewa United (18-10). First ranked Satria Muda managed to get a 10-point victory 78-68. Satria Muda forced 19 Dewa United turnovers. American forward Elijah Foster (197-1996, college: Nevada) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds. The other American import forward Rick Jackson (206-1989, college: Syracuse) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American Anthony Johnson (203-1988, college: Fairfield) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds for Dewa United. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains first position with 26-2 record. Dewa United at the other side keeps the fourth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Rans Pik. Satria Muda are looking forward to face Bumi Borneo (#7) in Pontianak in the next round where they are favorite. Dewa United will have a break next round.

Jamaican-American Akeem Scott (180-1983, college: High Point) had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Akeem Ellis chipped in 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. American power forward Jarrid Famous (209-1988, college: S.Florida, agency: BIG) responded with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Rans Pik moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Dewa United. NSH lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 23 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Jakarta: Pelita Jaya (#3) and WBS (#13). Pelita Jaya (25-3) smashed visiting WBS (8-20) by 33 points 89-56. Vincent Kosasih notched a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort. Even 7 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists by Christian Gunawan did not help to save the game for WBS. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Pelita Jaya moved-up to second place. WBS lost eleventh consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with 20 games lost. Pelita Jaya's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Jakarta to the arena .

In the last game of round 50 bottom-ranked Satya Wacana was smashed by Bumi Borneo on the road 81-56.

No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Bumi Borneo (15-13) crushed bottom-ranked Satya Wacana (4-24) in Pontianak 81-56 on Tuesday. Bumi Borneo made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. American point guard Randy Bell (193-1998, college: Dalton St.) notched 21 points and 8 assists to lead the effort and the other American import power forward Cameron Ridley (206-1993, college: Texas) supported him with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Even a double-double of 12 points and 13 rebounds by American swingman Mervyn Lindsay (201-1993, college: TxWes) did not help to save the game for Satya Wacana. Guard Calvin Biyantaka (177) added 14 points for the guests. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bumi Borneo maintains seventh position with 15-13 record. Satya Wacana lost seventh consecutive game. They stay dead last with 24 lost games.
