Indonesian IBL round 14 best performance: Anthony Beane (by Hoops Agents)

American Guard Anthony Beane (188-G-1994, agency: Pensack Sports) had a great game in the last round for Indonesia P., receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 28-year old player was the main contributor (33 points, eight rebounds and nine assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Hangtuah (#12, 2-6) 87-80. Indonesia P. maintains the 8th position in Indonesian IBL. Indonesia P. is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-4 record. Beane just recently signed at Indonesia P., being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former Southern Illinois University star has very solid stats this year. Beane is in league's top in points (2nd best: 25.1ppg), assists (2nd best: 5.0apg) and averages impressive 3.3spg and 57.4% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Tyron Criswell (192-PF-1994) of Tangerang. Criswell had a very good evening with a double-double of 28 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as Tangerang lost that game 66-87 to the higher-ranked Dewa United (#2, 7-1). This loss caused Tangerang to drop to 11th position in the standings. 5 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Tangerang managed to get this year. Criswell is one of the most experienced players at Tangerang and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.9ppg (#7). He also registered 8.7 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Indonesia P.'s star - international forward Dame Diagne (197-PF-2005). Diagne scored 19 points and grabbed nineteen rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Indonesia P., helping his team with a 87-80 win against the lower-ranked Hangtuah (#12, 2-6). Indonesia P. needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 4 victories and 4 lost games. Diagne has a great season in Indonesia. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 11.0rpg (3rd best). He also has 1.7bpg and FGP: 57.5%.
