Indonesian IBL round 13 best performance: Arki Wisnu

Former international Arki Wisnu (187-SF-88) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for top-ranked Satria Muda, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 13.
The 32-year old player was the main contributor (26 points, five rebounds and five assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Bima Perkasa (#4, 7-7) 76-70. It allowed Satria Muda to consolidate first place in the Indonesian IBL. Satria Muda have a solid 13-2 record. Wisnu just recently signed at Satria Muda, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Arki Wisnu has solid league stats. He is in league's top in assists (8th best: 3.6apg) and averages impressive 55.3% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was 32-year old American forward Jamarr Johnson (193-F-88) of Louvre S.. Johnson had a very good evening with a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Louvre S. was edged by slightly lower-ranked WBS (#4, 7-7) 82-80. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in Group White. Louvre S. still maintains its place in the top 3 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team's 9-6 record is not bad at all. Johnson is one of the most experienced players at Louvre S. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 19.0ppg (#1). He also registered 11.6 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was former international forward Galank Gunawan (194-F/C-87) of Bima Perkasa Jogja (#4). Gunawan scored 15 points and grabbed eighteen rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Bima Perkasa, leading his team to a 70-66 win against slightly lower-ranked NSH (#5, 3-12). Bima Perkasa needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams in Group Red. Their record at this point is 7 victories and 7 lost games. Gunawan has a great season in Indonesia. After only 9 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 7.1rpg (8th best).
