IBL Round 1: Indonesia P. defeat NSH

The Regular Season in IBL just started. The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with loss of the undefeated team and derby games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of NSH in Jakarta on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by Indonesia P. 55-44. Indonesia P. held NSH to an opponent 22.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 32.8 percent accuracy of the winners. Indonesia P. forced 19 NSH turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Hendrick Yonga (183-2) who helped to win the game recording 13 points. Center Aldy Rachman (190-0) contributed with 6 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Guard Jan Panagan (179-94) answered with 5 points and 8 rebounds for NSH. Satria Muda was very close to get their first win. But it seems they have to wait a little bit longer. The former international Abraham Grahita (180-95) stepped up and scored 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and Arif Hidayat chipped in 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side the former international Arki Wisnu (187-88) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 16 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Prawira will play against Hang Tuah in Pandang in the next round. Pacific Caesar was crushed at home by 30 points 52-82 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Jamarr Johnson nailed a double-double by scoring 31 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side. Yonatan Yonatan came up with 4 points and 16 rebounds for Pacific Caesar in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. It was a very good performance for Widyanta-Putra Teja who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. In the last game of round 1 winless Satya Wacana lost to undefeated Louvre S. on the road 69-83.

It was a very good performance for international point guard Widyanta-Putra Teja (182-97) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international Pringgo Regowo (190-87) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Fisyaiful Amir (182-95) answered with 13 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Sevly Rondonuwu (171-96) added 11 points in the effort for Hang Tuah.
