There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in IBL. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.
The most exciting game of round 22 in the IBL took place in Salatiga. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of 5th ranked Satya Wacana (4-14) to third ranked Pacific Caesar (7-10) 82-81 on Friday evening. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Qarraan Calhoun (203-86, college: Houston) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points, 16 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Jjuan Hadnot (190, college: Grand View) contributed with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Guard Madarious Gibbs (185-93, college: Texas Southern) replied with 39 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 7 assists for Satya Wacana. Satya Wacana's coach Efri Meldi tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Pacific Caesar have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 7-10 record having four points less than leader Stapac. Satya Wacana lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 14 games lost. Pacific Caesar are looking forward to face Satria Muda (#3) in Jakarta in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Satya Wacana will play on the road against the league's second-placed Bima Perkasa in Sakti and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Jakarta: NSH (#1) and Satria Muda (#3). NSH (11-6) won against visiting Satria Muda (8-8) 87-83. American guard Dashaun Wiggins (188-91, college: Portland St.) scored 40 points (!!!) and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Anthony Simpson chipped in 24 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side international forward Jamarr Johnson (193-88, college: Widener) responded with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. NSH maintains first position with 11-6 record. Defending champion Satria Muda keeps the third place with eight games lost. NSH's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Jakarta .

David Atkinson notched 27 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort. Bima Perkasa's coach Raoul Miguel Hadinoto used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 10 points, 19 rebounds and 4 blocks by Michael Vigilance did not help to save the game for Siliwangi. Bima Perkasa have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 9-7 record having just three points less than leader Stapac. Siliwangi lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with 11 games lost. Bima Perkasa will meet at home Satya Wacana (#5) in the next round. Siliwangi will play against the league's second-placed Pelita Jaya in Jakarta and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for Stapac (15-1) which hosted in Jakarta their biggest opponent Pelita Jaya (9-5). First ranked Stapac had an easy win 84-54. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Pelita Jaya. Savon Goodman fired a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Stapac have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 15-1 record. Pelita Jaya at the other side keeps the second place with five games lost. Stapac will have a break next round. Pelita Jaya will play at home against Siliwangi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Siliwangi - Bima Perkasa 59-74
An interesting game for Bima Perkasa (9-7) which played road game in Bandung against 4th ranked Siliwangi (6-11). Second ranked Bima Perkasa had an easy win 74-59. Bima Perkasa dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Siliwangi's 26. They outrebounded Siliwangi 52-35 including a 37-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. American forward David Atkinson (203-91, college: Salem Intern.) notched 27 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and the other American import guard David Seagers (188-88, college: Dowling) supported him with 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. An interesting game for Stapac (15-1) which hosted in Jakarta their biggest opponent Pelita Jaya (9-5). First ranked Stapac had an easy win 84-54. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Pelita Jaya. Stapac shot the lights out from three nailing 14 long-distance shots on high 51.9 percentage. American forward Savon Goodman (198, college: Shaw) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. International Abraham Grahita (201-95) chipped in 18 points (perfect from downtown making all six shots !!!). Four Stapac players scored in double figures. American power forward Nate Barfield (206-88, college: Langston) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Carlton Hurst (190-94, college: S.Dakota) added 10 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side.
