Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

First defeat of league's leader Pacific Caesar (1-1) against NSH (3-1) 95-81 was the most important game of the last round. NSH made 25-of-29 free shots (86.2 percent) during the game, while Pacific Caesar only scored seven points from the stripe. NSH forced 21 Pacific Caesar turnovers. American players dominated the game. It was a good game for power forward Anthony Simpson (202-87, college: Kent St.) who led his team to a victory with 24 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Dashaun Wiggins (188-91, college: Portland St.) contributed with 26 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. point guard Matt Van Pelt (178-91, college: Spring Arbor) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists for Pacific Caesar. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pacific Caesar will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest. NSH will try to continue on its current victory against Bima Perkasa in Sakti.
Stapac smashed Satya Wacana in Jakarta 83-63. It was a great evening for American forward Savon Goodman (198, college: Shaw) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists. Widyantaputra Teja helped adding 24 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. The best for the losing side was American guard Madarious Gibbs (185-93, college: Texas Southern) with 26 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Satya Wacana will play next round against strong Satria Muda trying to get back on the winning streak. Stapac will try to continue on its current victory against Siliwangi at Bandung.

Hang Tuah managed to escape with a 3-point win 77-74 on Sunday evening. American players dominated also this game. It was an exceptional evening for Gary Jacobs who led the winners and scored 30 points and 6 rebounds. Michael Vigilance came up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 26 rebounds for Siliwangi in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Hang Tuah will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Siliwangi will play against Stapac (#1) in Jakarta and hope to win that game.

Prawira - Bima Perkasa 73-57

Very important is a road loss of Bima Perkasa (2-2) against Prawira (1-3) on Sunday night. Visiting Bima Perkasa was defeated by Prawira in Bandung 73-57. Prawira forced 20 Bima Perkasa turnovers. The best player for the winners was American guard Jamal Ray (193-95, college: LSU-Shreveport) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks. The former international Hans Abraham (179-95) chipped in 20 points. Prawira's coach Andre Yuwadi used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward David Atkinson (203-91, college: Salem Intern.) who recorded a double-double by scoring 26 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import point guard LeShaun Murphy (183-90, college: Auburn-Montgomery) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Prawira's next round opponent will be Pelita Jaya in Jakarta and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Bima Perkasa will play on the road against NSH in Jakarta and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Hang Tuah - Siliwangi 77-74

A very close game took place in Pandang between Hang Tuah and Siliwangi. Hang Tuah (2-1) got a very close home victory over Siliwangi (1-3). Hang Tuah managed to escape with a 3-point win 77-74 on Sunday evening. Strangely Siliwangi outrebounded Hang Tuah 45-29 including a 22-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Hang Tuah especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 61.5 percentage. American players dominated also this game. It was an exceptional evening for guard Gary Jacobs (188-92, college: Cent.Washington) who led the winners and scored 30 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Jarad Scott (203-95, college: Union, TN) accounted for 14 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side. Jacobs is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. Forward Michael Vigilance (203-94, college: Clark Atlanta) came up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 26 rebounds and point guard Martavious Irving (186-90, college: Kansas St.) added 28 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Siliwangi in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Hang Tuah will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Siliwangi will play against Stapac (#1) in Jakarta and hope to win that game.

Point guard Widyantaputra Teja (181-97) helped adding 24 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists.
